Shipping policy

We have a R110 standard courier rate within South Africa.

However if your area falls  within a grey zone area. should you opt for Fastway courier than charges will be more than R110. We will contact you on pricing.

Dispatch of orders are usually within 24 – 48 hours and delivery can take between 3 to 5 working days depending on your location.

We have two courier options available:

1.Fastway Couriers who are our main courier partner, Main cities only. Orders can be tracked on their website: http://www.fastway.co.za/

2.PostNet to PostNet, This option is available for outlying areas.

We will ensure that we keep you updated with the status of your delivery and delivery method once orders are placed.

Kindly ensure that you available to accept your package ( Fastway deliveries only ) on the delivery date and ensure that you provide the correct delivery address so that your package is delivered on time with no issues.

Kindly note that the PostNet option will be utilized should your area fall under a grey zone within the Fastway delivery map. Delivery to grey zone areas have a higher cost and in trying to keep courier cost lower we have PostNet as an alternative. We will advise on the best delivery method based on your location.
